What Do I Do With Tenants If I Leave a Mgmt Company?!?!

Hi. So currently I have a management company for a vacation home in park city Utah. We rent it out weekly and they take a large percentage of money so I am looking to going solo in renting it out. Assuming I get out of the contract in 30 days, what do I do with tenants already signed up to rent the condo? Thank you so much and I would appreciate a response.

It was difficult to understand fully your question, so i made some assumptions.

I believe those guest will no longer be renting your condo, or the property management company will still be receiving their portion as they booked those clients under the contract period. If you are bringing in clients through airbnb or other personal avenues. You would take over the management duties after your contract ends. and the booking made under contract after they are finished.
