Mobile home insurance

i have had no problem insuring all my rentals under a commercial insurance policy at an average cost around $350 per property per year. However, I just bought my first mobile home, placed it on a 4 acre tract of land that I own, and intend to rent it out. The problem is I cannot find insurance on this mobile home. Does anybody out there have a good contact to insure a mobile home in North Carolina? I'm really hoping for a reasonable cost. Foremost quoted about $1,000 a year. Just can't imagine a mobile home costing 1/3 of what my other properties cost being three times as expensive. Thanks in advance.
