Looking for a full coverage lease

Does anyone have an awesome lease they would be willing to share?

I have a 5 properties to rent out next month and need a landlord friendly lease. 

NB: The one in file place on BP is pretty bad. 

Im looking for one which offers me the most amount of protection and the least amount of headache.
