Close to closing on triplex questions.

Hi,

We're very close to closing on our first triplex. All three units have been occupied by the same families for over 10 years.

My question is what's next once we take ownership? Do we instantly send  tenants letters of new ownership?

Do we send a list of our expectations from our tenants?

One tenant is section 8. Am I supposed to get in contact with the state ASAP?

What kind of forms should we keep in place?

Can you provide me with a list of what you do after taking ownership?

Thank you

Tony Velez
