Lease Recommendations for PA

Hi, 

I'm in the process of acquiring my first rental property in Berks County, PA (a SFH) and have been researching the process of renting it out. From what I read, this may be the most important part of the property management/landlord process. So my question is: Does anyone out there have a solid lease they could recommend or share with me? I've seen some of the ones that are generally available but I'd like to get some advice from some experienced landlords or property managers. Thanks!
