Tenant complains about mold issue Please Help!

Tenant called about mold issue. She complains that she's been sick which might be caused by mold. I researched on BP and my plan is to order a professional inspection and treat the issue accordingly. Can someone recommend a good inspection company? And does inspection company treat the mold as well? If not, I would also like recommendations on companies that can treat the problem.
