When to send rent raise letter?
Hello BPers, I'm looking for feedback of when you inform your tenants rent is going up and why you do it at that time...?

Since I have one- and two-year leases with 60-day notice requirements, I send the letter 90 days before lease end so they have that month to figure out if they are staying at new rates or give proper notice.
