My Insurance Policy was cancelled because of Tenant's Pit Bull

I bought a property with a Tenant already in the property. Tenant has a Pit Bull on property. My Insurance policy for the property was recently cancelled because of 'dangerous animal' on property.

I already made the Tenant signed a new lease after 30 days that prohibits Pets but

Tenant refused to remove the animal because Tenant claims she had it before I bought the property and also because the dangerous animal is 'sentimental' to her family.
