Experience with waiting lists?
Recently had a small flood of interest in my apartments after a few small renovations and don't have enough empty units to satisfy the demand. Here comes the waiting list. Anyone have any advice on taking and managing these potential future applicants? Take deposits? If so, how much is appropriate. All opinions welcome, this is my first property.
Thank you!!
