AirBnB possible with a 203k FHA loan while away travelling?

I will be travelling for 6 months and looking for someone to occupy my house while i am away. I found airBnB and thought this would be perfect. What are the rules/regulations regarding this? Can i let someone rent my house while i am away? all of my furniture and belongings will be in the house. I technically still do live there even if i am traveling...

@Kyle Gregg There is no issue with you traveling for 6 months, as long as you don't rent the property out. Renting it when you have not OO the property for at least 1 yr is a violation of the FHA guidelines and the forms you signed when you got the loan.
