I have a qualified lead, income verified. Background check not ran. Looking for rental in Midtown/Downtown Detroit.  Applicant appears to be overflow, if my first choice accepts by 5:00 PM Thursday.  My unit was 1000/mo. Tenant has $50K a year income. So they can afford up to 1400/month I would think.

They are relocating from out of state so housing would be needed quickly.
