Dear Members,

I'm looking for a decent property management company who can manage 3 duplexes, 6units near by Phoenix downtown. W. Tonto street.

Currently I have one, just I hired, but not happy with them.

I'm looking for a company who has: 

1. being honest

2. reasonable fee

3. reasonable maintenance cost

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
