Hi, I am starting out in wholesaling properties, but my particular niche is probate. I understand the steps and procedures to carry it out. However, my challenges lie in how to appropriately assess the property value in order to make a fair offer? Also, what is a good source to find the appropriate offers/contracts so that I am protecting myself and my clients
