Greetings Jackie.

We just need to assess the situatiion before we can find a viable solution. This is a time sensitive matter. Let's see what options you have. How much do they owe And when do they owe it by. We need to know who they owe and find a contact number on them. Then we can go from there

Hello, I am searching for Preforclosure Properties. What are the most important factors do i have to consider when looking for the RIGHT properties. Especially the ones that are most likely to sell.

Hi, My name is Jessie and I found a property in California (LA County) and it has been in default since 2008. It says on the assessors site "Power To Sell". If I go and pay the taxes and fees on the  property will anyone have the right to redeem or will I be able to take the property free and clear? If so how much time will they have? Thanks in advance for any insight into this very urgent matter.

Thanks so much Adam. I heard of that process, but I wasn't quite sure of the appropriate place to look. I am just tired of reading information. I am ready to start applying it. I am SERIOUS about making that first deal.
