Anyone with feedback on ALE Solutions, Inc. (Short Term Housing)?

I only found two threads within the last two months that were started about ALE Solutions, Inc. but they were left hanging and were non-conclusive.

Has anyone had any recent experience with this company? They claim to offer short term housing solutions to people displaced out of their home as a result of damage that is covered by insurance in the US and Canada markets.

I got an offer from them on one of my units and not finding anything conclusive from prior threads decided to put out some feelers.

The gist of their offer on my unit and the other rentals referenced in the other two threads is a 3-6 month lease at above market rates with a possible extension.

Any input is appreciated.
