A guy from another forum asked if anyone had property in a certain district because he had a guy that wanted to move out of the district that they are in.

I have a house that I would like to rent, however it isn't ready yet and I told him that so he knows. I asked if the renter could possibly wait a month for me to do the repairs and he said that might be an option.

He also said that the client was wanting to do a month to month contract, which I'm not crazy about,  I would prefer something like till the end of the school year in may / june.

Also does anyone have a referral for me for a property manager or tenant screener in St. Louis Mo.

He also asked if he could get a referral fee. I advised him we could try to work something out.

So in this case, How much should I give him as a referral fee ?
