How to use Pay Near Me?

Hello,

I have a rental property that I am self-managing for years. I receive rent via money order in the mail every month. I was recently introduced to Pay Near Me by Brandon Turner via BP podcast, where tenant can go to a 7-11 to pay rent (plus a $4 fee) and landlord can receive the rent instantly via direct deposit.

I have signed up on Pay Near Me but I got an email from them right after I signed up that since I only have 1 rental property I am not eligible to use this service.

Anyone has experience using this service? Is there a requirement of certain number of rental property you have in order to use it? If so, is there an alternate provider for similar service? Is there a fee for the landlord to use this service? Thanks.
