Rents due before the 1st?
Does anyone force their tenants to pay rent BEFORE the first of the month?
I ask because I would like a little more security with one particular applicant and they suggested they can pay the next month's rent on the 21st. In theory, if they don't pay, the whole notice and eviction process would speed up by 10 days.
Thoughts? Missing anything in state eviction laws here (this is in CA)?
