Tenant causes small fire while trying to fix something
I just got a call from tenant saying there was a small fire when they were trying to seal a hole? What do to in such situation? Should tenant be responsible for the damages? Should they be given a written warning? What are some good practices around this situation? How to prevent something like this in future?
