I live on the East/NorthEast side of Houston Texas. I plan on investing buy myself to get a single family unit 3/2 as a rental. I can afford the $70000 to 1000000 price range. Generally speakin, would this be a viable place to start, considering all other factors being good. Also, how much could I realistically charge for rent.
