Question regarding sending adverse action to applicants

Hello,

Just turned down 4 guys looking to rent a 4 bed place from me(in Massachusetts). Two of them had really light income, one of whom also had a vehicle repossession on his credit. They asked me to consider co signers; one of whom has strong credit, the other awful credit including an eviction last year. I'm turning them down, my question is, do I send them each an adverse action notice addressed to them individually stating credit reasons, or one notice to each that lists all of their names on the notice?

Thank you!

Rob
