My Landlord is going through HOA foreclosure, what do I do?

I am a tenant and the sheriff just served me a notice that says Sheriff's Sale Under Foreclosure. I am still under a lease until January. Sale is scheduled a month from now. What are my options as a tenant?Am I going to be evicted? If so, how long do I have to find a new place? What about the deposit I paid my landlord? What is the process once it goes to sale? Any direction is appreciated.
