The Gall (nerve) of ex-tenants? Share a story
I just had an ex-tenant request that I write a letter saying an eviction I filed on her back in 2013 was a mistake. Apparently she is trying to buy a house or she will be homeless (at least that is the nonsense she put in the text). I guess she thinks I would forget and or forgive the $3,000+ worth of damage she caused Or the fact that she moved out without paying the last months rent. I responded I would be glad to just as soon as she paid me the $4,000 that she owes me.
Anybody else have any good ex-tenant request stories?
