How to find seller financing motivated sellers

Looking for advice or info on finding seller financing motivated sellers. I'm brand new to real estate and I'm looking to start off with buy and hold rentals. Unfortunately I don't have tons of cash to go and put a down payment on a home to start off with.  Any information would be extremely great! Thanks for your help
