one stop shop for tenants to fill out applications , lease agreements

Hi Everyone,

I am looking for tried and true solutions that streamline the tenant processing for rentals, from the application, to filling out the lease agreement via docusign.  Anyone with a success story?? Currently my website will add links but there are still alot of moving parts.
