Hi, I am an out-of-state investor and I am interested in Atlanta house. My agent company is selling me turnkey house in Jonesboro, Riverdale and Lithonia, but I am afraid the price is too high.

Could any local pls tell me how much does  a turnkey house (1400 sq feet) worth normally in these areas?

If the price is already the same as it at the peak time, should I buy?

Thanks a lot.
