Furthest away from home you'd have a rental?
so I'm very new here only 20. Not looking to invest for another few years (get my degree build my credit and savings etc) but after I get my degree I was planning on moving to south Florida, obviously northern Florida has much cheaper real estate prices so I'd rather invest northern. Now my question is how far away would you personally have a rental property (or properties) away from where you live? An hour? Two hours? 30 minutes? Just what you personally would be comfortable with I'm just curious. Thanks!!
