Cash out refi in Midwest
I am trying to do a refi with some cash out for rentals (2-4 units) in Midwest (Kansas City area) and somehow I could not find Bank or Credit Union which will happy to do that. FICO is above 700. Could you please share your favorite banks or brokers for refi with cash out in Midwest?

One of my buyers is using Arvest bank. They do cash out refi's if you have enough equity. I can tell you in a week if they approve the loan for the buyer. You can check with them to see their max ltv on cash out refi's.
