Hi biggerpockets community,

Im not a real estate investor yet, but plan on investing as soon as I finish college and I hear a lot about Renters Warehouse on tv and radio. Has anyone used them to manage any of their properties? Was it a good experience? Would anyone recommend them for a first time investor?
