Developing an excellent lease
Hello BP!
I was recently inspired by the latest BP Podcasts show 121 when Andrew discussed the property manger being the "good guy" and the lease being the "bad guy" so to speak. I really liked this idea and as a new investor I want to develop a solid lease while I wait for real estate deals in my area. I don't know where to start so anything will help. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks in advance!
