Landlord insurance

I was wondering if anyone in the Summerville or Charleston South Carolina area could give me some info on average landlord insurance premiums for this area. The insurance company wants a specific address to be able to tell me anything, but I am just trying to get ballpark figures so that I can run some numbers. Thank you!

If no one responds quickly enough, just find an MLS listing in the city in the general area where you wish to buy, and give the insurance company that address. Tell them you're thinking of buying that specific property and want to know the insurance costs before you do.
