Termite quotes: what questions to ask?

Hello,

One of our tenants at our quad (San Diego, CA) said that "she definitely thinks there's some termite activity". We scheduled the pest company to inspect and provide us with a free quote.

My questions:

1. How many quotes should we get?

2. What questions should I be asking the vendors?
