Sample Contract for Land lease

Does anyone know have a sample contract for someone who is leasing your land for their mobile home? I currently acquired a property that has a mobile home on the land. Their current lease to the bank is $200/month when the land was foreclosed. I purchased the foreclosure property and want to draw a new contract for the tenant. Any sample contract would be greatly appreciated.
