New property lease
I recently bought a four unit complex and thisbisbthebfirst property I've bought with existing tenants. Two of the tenants have currently expired leases and are month to month. They've always been presented new leases in the past but since the seller is in the way out, they have not presented new leases. My first thought is to present new leases as soon as I close but is there any reason I would continue to let them go month to month. Also, they supposedly have been great tenants who have been there a while, if they didn't want to sign a new lease but would stay month to month
