Requesting Sample Move-out/Cleaning Instructions and advice

Hello BP - I am seeking advice and samples for move-out and cleaning instructions to provide my tenants.  My lease agreement informs them that I expect them to do this and I have instructions this, and they have asked me for these very instructions, which I have yet to create.

Any help with this and/or links to samples that have been previously shared would be greatly appreciated.

The rental unit is a condo.

I've got a cleaning/replacement sheet. Take a look and make adjustments. I based it off a local landlords sheet so feel free to adjust numbers as necessary. You can find it in the fileplace under forms and the file is called cleaning charges.
