Tenant Eviction Judgment - Amount Not Paid In Full

I had court hearing last Tuesday. The tenant did not show up so the court ruled in my favor. The tenant has 10 days to pay before we can go to sheriff. Today, I received only $600 payment. The original unpaid balance was $1500. Can I still evict the tenant?

Okay I found what I believe is the answer.  A defense to eviction in PA is if the landlord accepts partial rent.  By doing so, you waive the eviction.  So you need to reject that partial payment.
