Best area/region in the US with the best Property Managers?

Is there such a place with information on this?

I'm starting out investing in some smaller multifamily properties (12 units) because after my research and particular situation its the best way to generate wealth, I feel at least. I was about ready to say forget it though when I began to realize that there are literally no property management companies where I live. Luckily I'm buying these first properties from a close family friend who oddly enough enjoys managing properties but hates the stress of owning. Because most of the properties he owns and manages are in a bad part of town he constantly is fearing that they will get vandalized or the tenants will destroy the houses out of spite. I guess I'm going to find out what that's like lol.

Anyways I really lucked out with this situation. I feel like at some point I'm going to want to buy more and more properties and no matter how much my guy likes to manage I doubt he is going to want to take on more and more. There will be a point that its just too much. I'm going to want to at some point look at other markets in the US. When that time arrives is there any information on good markets with a large number of reliable property management companies that anyone can point me in the direction of?
