Relative not on lease won't leave (NJ)
I started the eviction process this morning as the prime tenant since I am not the landlord. Residency has been established with the promise from her that she would be completely gone by June 12...June 12 has come and gone, still here AND I remembered about a week or two ago she informed me that she renewed her driver's license (I thought nothing of it at the time)
Since the the most current lease I have has the expiration date of August 2014, does she have a leg to stand on with the more current address on the license? Any advice would be appreciated.
No good deed goes unpunished.
