Parents want my help managing 4 buildings in NYC. ~100 units
My parents own two apartments buildings (rentals, mostly stabilized rents) in Manhattan and two in the Bronx, About 100 units all together. The manage them their selves and They want me to help, learn and expand the business. I would like to make them proud, can anyone point me in the right direction? I am willing to go to college if Its the best way.

You have a great opportunity to learn by doing and being mentored by your parents. If you can fit it in, go to college as well. Take a lighter course load or go to evening classes. It will give you a better background when you are on your own.
Good Luck.
