Loan servicing company said no to biz as owner

Just got off the phone with phone with my mortgage loan service company and I tried, so casually, to ask if I can put my property in my business name. I was promptly put on hold, then we the CSR returned,  summarily said, ahhhh, "no sir you can't, do that, put your business as the owner/on title of the property".

Anyone surprised? It wasn't even one of the big 3. Small name service provider too. Go figure.
