Replacement for SparkRent
Hey, I'm a little late to the party on this one, but I wanted to follow-up on people asking what they're using to replace SparkRent. I'm using Dwolla. It costs $0.25 per transaction, so essentially $0.50 for each payment. The tenants that I have using it don't have any complaints. Your tenants can setup auto-pay or push their own payments. You can also setup a "payment portal" that basically plugs in like an e-commerce widget.
