Handling the lease-up of brand new multiplex
We are looking at doing a lease-up of a brand new 12-plex that is still under construction, but with plans for the tenants to be in by mid July. This is project is going to command great rents and is in a desirable part of town with amazing views.
I was hoping to get input from other property managers on any advice on handling a brand new place like this. Anything that you would recommend besides expecting a high volume of applicants?
