This is a post for landlord investors to invite other landlords to actually see what someone is working on and talk busniess about their projects and systems.

I am currently finishing a couple rehabs in West Baltimore. I self manage my market rate rentals.

@Robert Carl  Why do you want to  transition out of the city?  I have a few ok units in the suburbs but was thinking of Baltimore for a higher cash flow.
