When it rains it pours (minor vent session)
I am a high school teacher so I set all my leases up to renew/expire in June, July, or August. Those also happen to be the prime months for finding tenants.
Anyways, it happened this summer. Three vacancies in three months. I don't think I'll have much trouble finding tenants. It will probably only take me 3 days to turn each unit.
But I find myself, for the first time in my 6 years as a landlord, not dreaming about acquiring more units.....
I have a feeling that will pass.
