I'm taking possession of 3 duplexes soon and was wondering if anyone has a letter that they send to the tenants welcoming them and letting them know of any coming changes that will be going into effect?

@Matt Kauffman

 congratulations!!!!! Starting off on a good foot is CRITICAL.

This is where you can out flank the big cookie cutter management companies.

For your keeper tenants - consider a no nonsense letter within a gift basket. I think that set a fair but firm message.
