Hello,

I've been managing properties of all kinds (rentals, pre-foreclosures, vacant homes for sale, ect) for a few years now and I would like to start aggressively seeking additional rentals to manage.

Does anyone have any suggestions on investor groups or clubs to join where I might be able to meet new clients in the Richmond VA area?
