Inherited tenants breaking lease

I inherited 3 tenants in my rental house purchase in Illinois. Two of them are a dating couple with a baby on the way. Tenant number 3 messaged me today and asked if I had heard from them. Because they just told him they are moving out tomorrow.

When they asked me if they could move out I said if they found replacement tenants.

that was the end of the communication.

Until tenant number 3 just messaged me.

These 2 have not been stellar about paying rent on time.

What should I do?

Do I go through the eviction process after the next round of rent is due?

    @John van

    You should be happy they are leaving.  Evictions in Chicago take four months... Get new tenants and screening screening!
