Appliance repairs

Hello,

I need your help. My dryer will not heat and I want to know if the Landlord will repair it. But the lease doesn't say the word repair I want to paste my rental agreement to pertain to appliances and tell me your answers.

Here is the Lease reference:

"Although there may be appliances in the premises, (washer dryer) the use of these appliances
is not included in the rent. If tenants wish to use these appliances, there is no extra charge, and
tenant agrees to assume all responsibility for care and operation of appliances. If tenants wish to
use their own appliances, they may request that the owner's appliances be removed from the
premises."

Thanks
