I am looking to expand my business into property management.  I have multiple clients that want to transfer over their properties to me.  If anyone can give me some advice on how to handle the transition from the old PM to me I would greatly appreciate it.  Also, if anyone has a contract that I can use in Maryland, I would be really thankful.
