The phone is ringing off the hook .........Must be spring
Spring is here , last month I had 2 inquiries about my 2/1 in a B neighborhood . My wife was getting concerned that the rent was too high . ( its the middle for a 2/1 but for location its on the low end) Well in the last 3 days I have had 15 calls and 1 showing . About 8 qualify over the phone . It seems like as soon as the weather breaks everything cuts loose .
